Bergamot
The aromas of floral and citrus meld together in soul-soothing, emotionally balancing bergamot. Bergamot enhances the aroma of almost every other essential oil when used in blends. Good for uplifting the heart and healing emotions of anguish, sadness, and self -blame.
Chamomile, Roman
Relaxing chamomile is the best anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory
essential oil. It is particularly useful in cases of muscle cramps, irritable
bowl syndrome, and neck and shoulder pain.
Cedarwood
The restorative, rich, and woody aroma of cedarwood helps us to regroup, ground, and stand strong. Cedarwood is a soothing aroma
that both relaxes and strengthens. In larger doses it is sedative and can improve relaxation and sleep. It is also an excellent (and pleasant) insect repellent, antifungal, antiseptic, and diuretic.
Cinnamon Leaf
Spicy and sweet, this oil is excellent for fighting colds and flu. It is also warming to the heart and opens us to self-love. Cinnamon leaf is milder than cinnamon bark, and the aroma melds both clove and cinnamon notes.
Cinnamon Bark
Cinnamon bark oil is warm, penetrating, and has an intense cinnamon
aroma. It can irritate the skin, and should be diluted and used with care. Cinnamon Bark is good for sore muscles and colds and flu. It is also stimulating to the third eye.
Citronella
This refreshing oil has a sunny, powerful, lemon-like aroma. It is the best oil for mosquito repellents.
Clary Sage
Used for expanding and clarifying, this wonderful oil is euphoric and uplifting. Its antispasmodic qualities make it useful in cases of asthma, and it is also used to ease female concerns.
Clove
A sweet, spicy, penetrating oil, clove is good for exhaustion, gum or tooth infection, parasites and sciatica. It stops mental chatter, and may be helpful in cases of forgetfulness.
Cypress
Cypress essential oil is for releasing and letting go. It is excellent for treating cellulite, varicose veins, edema, and for moving toxins and excess fluid out of cells.
Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus clears the sinuses, kills airborne bacteria, and is particularly helpful in cases of coughs, cold and flu.
Frankincense
Oil of wisdom and spiritual connection, frankincense was a gift given
to the Christ child. It is grounding, yet it opens our connection with the divine. Frankincense diffused in a room will create sense of peace and connection, and will eliminate negative energy.
Geranium
Rose geranium, with its beautiful floral aroma, is excellent for skin care and for balancing female hormones. This oil also encourages communication and friendly connection.
Ginger
Ginger is penetrating, stimulating, and pain relieving. It is also very good for indigestion and nausea.
Grapefruit, Pink
Stimulating, juicy, and refreshing, grapefruit is widely used for its uplifting properties, as well as weight loss and cellulite reduction.
Immortelle or Helichrysum
This essential oils smells like the sun beaming down on fields of hay. It is the best essential oil for healing deep bruises and scars. Because it is simulating to the creative right side of the brain, it is used in dream work. It is also helpful for cold sores and other viral conditions.

Orange Blossom (Neroli)
The beautiful flora aroma of orange blossom is reminiscent of the perfumed air of a tropical island. It is good for high blood pressure, stress, insomnia, and nervousness. Most effective in small amounts.
Palmarosa
This oil is excellent for skin care - gentle in its action and mild in its aroma.
Patchouli
Patchouli is a pervasive aroma that calms and grounds us. It is associated with the energy of abundance.
Peppermint
Refreshing and cooling, peppermint is excellent for headaches, muscle pain relief, digestion, mental clarity, and clearing congestion.
Pine
Refreshing pine helps detoxify cells and rid the body of infection, especially in the lungs. Using pine essential oil also aids us in setting boundaries and standing up for ourselves.

Ravensara
Also known as “sweet leaf”, Ravensara is a gentle and very effective anti-viral. Use in cases of colds and flu.
Rose Absolute
Rose is the queen of essential oils, opening our hearts to love and compassion. Rose is used for easing heartbreak or bereavement, or enhancing feelings of love. It is also useful for skin conditions such as thread veins and hormonal issues, particularly menopause.
Rosemary
Rosemary essential oil is stimulating to the mind, can improve digestion, and has very powerful antibacterial properties.
Rosewood

Sandalwood
